There are several things you can do that will affect you healthcare.

Stop making excuses. Excuses come in many shapes and sizes. There are always some factors that we can’t control. Try not to shift the blame onto these factors and vocalize them as excuses.

Stop blaming others for your problems. Life isn’t always fair but don’t put the blame on those around you. Don’t tell everyone that your doctor doesn’t like you because you didn’t like what they told you. Learn to accept that sometimes the blame is on you.

Stop complaining. Complaining is a useless habit. Every time you open your mouth to complain, stop, think, and say something positive. You will be amazed at how this simple change can change your perspective.

Do not play the victim. The world is not out to get you. Stop thinking that everyone is out to make you fail or look bad.

Admit it when you are wrong. Learn to say” I really messed up here, I won’t do it again.

Accept what you cannot control. There are some things in life that are simply out of your control. Focus on the things that you can control, and don’t try to fix all the problems in the world.

Learn to commit. Committing to something will help you learn to care for something outside yourself.

Be consistent. Find a routine that works for you and stick to it. Being consistent will help you establish this routine that will help you get things done.

Practice self —discipline. Set realistic goals and meet them without getting distracted. Make a manageable to-do list every day and complete as much of it as you can.
