Etthan Miller is a native of Rural Retreat.  He is a veteran of Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom and Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Nurse Corps.  He is the proud father of Lauren and Eden and is very involved in their activities.  Etthan graduated from Walden University in 2014 with his MSN.   His interests in healthcare are in preventive medicine and education about healthy lifestyles.
